I Have A Sore Throat That Started Yesterday Afternoon Which

I have a sore throat that started yesterday afternoon which I thought was from sinus drainage. However, later in the afternoon my eyes burned and I became extremely achy and cold, Took some meds and a drink for it, went to bed, sweated it out and went from about a 3 out of 10 to a 6 out of ten this morning. After 6 or 7 hours at work, the symptoms got worse. Then around 6 pm, I noticed that I had small sores on the back of my head at the hair follicles. Later tonight, one appeared on the side of my nose. No clue if these are related, but thought I would get an opinion.
