I Have A Sour Smell In My Nose. I Have

I have a sour smell in my nose. I have alternating nose running and then real dry passages all within an hour or so. I have never had sinus nor allergy problems. 65 years old femail. I began wearing glasses a ew weeks ago. Could they be blocking my sinuses? I do not feel ill or have pain. Would a nettie pot help or harm?
