I Have A Spider Bite On My Eyelid But It's

I have a spider bite on my eyelid but it's just a little red sore and itchy so nothing too concerning. What can I do from home to help ?
I have iced it all through out the day and even put a warm wash cloth to help . Taken Benadryl and been putting antitch cream on it all day
