I Have A Splinter And I've Had It All Day

I have a splinter and I've had it all day and it hurts so bad. I can't see it so I think it's a fiberglass splinter. It's extremely painful and I've tried to get it out many times. I've torn up the skin in the area that I feel it at but I can't get it and it hurts so bad and I just don't know what to do.
