I Have A Splitting Headache And My Neck Is Stiff

I have a splitting headache and my neck is stiff on one side and it hurts when i try to turn my head. Also my. face look swollen especially under my neck. Low garde temp. 98.9, BP 177/87. P 85 . I have HBP. What do these symptoms indicate? Also to releive the pain I have been taking. Oxycordone/ tylenol and I've taken too many but it was the only way i cold get any. relief at all ,sorry
