I Have A Spontaneous Bruise Under The Lower Part Of

I have a spontaneous bruise under the lower part of my right eye from the duct side to almost half way on the eye. I lost my mom 2.5 weeks ago so have been very emotional. It was a stressful few weeks prior to her death and following her passing on I did not sleep much. Could this be the cause?
