I Have A Spot In The Cleft Of My Buttcrack

I have a spot in the cleft of my buttcrack that is causing me an immense amount of pain. I can hardly walk or sit (which is unfortunate since I need to study fro finals), so I was wondering if there was any way to relieve this. This spot isn't large at all, probably the size of pea. I've been attempting castor oil and heating pads (since I assume it's a pilonidal cyst), but I've felt no relief. Any suggestions?
