I Have A Spot Right Side Of Belly Button ...if

I have a spot right side of belly button ...if u touch it l get a small sensation of soreness for an instant ...I rub around d the area and it does not hurt or pain at all.I did think l felt a small lump once ..maybe the size of a pimple.....l find it odd to have that sensation when first touched then nothing...no pain no soreness.......
