I Have A Stabbing Pain Under My Rt Shoulder Blade

I have a stabbing pain under my rt shoulder blade yet on the front I feel like an elephant is setting on my chest when I set or lay back or just laying on my rite side. I went to emergency, they ran x-rays and EKG and found nothing, still no answer to what this stange pain could possibly be.....?????
