I Have A Stiff Neck Going On 4 Weeks. I

I have a stiff neck going on 4 weeks. I fell & had to be hospitalized over night cuz my neck & ears swell up. I was treated in hospital with IV steroid whic subside it while in hospital. Was prescribe prednisone upon discharge. Within 3 days after discharge my neck got stiff. Very little movement to nothing at all going on 4 weeks. Had mri ct scan both within normal limit. What should I do??
