I Have A Stoma And Am Going In Tomorrow For

I have a stoma and am going in tomorrow for a colonoscopy with an osteomy , my question is, I took the first bowel prep 2 1/2 hours ago and just threw it all back up. I have to do another in 3 hours, is that going to cause problems with the first prep having not worked. It is after Doctor hours so should I call the answer service to get in touch with the doctor or will it be ok?
