I Have A Stomach Ache And I Always Feel That.

I have a stomach ache and I always feel that. I went to a doctor in two different countries. They called it GERD and gave me some medicines for 3 months to control Acid. Its over and I went to Dr. again.. They said nothing is there after endoscopy, CT scan, Ultrasonic tests. It means perfect. However I feel a small pain always..Any idea why?
