I Have A Stopped Up Head And Chest Congestion With

I have a stopped up head and chest congestion with wheezing. blowing out color. Can't cough up anything but feels like its stuck in my chest.No fever. I've been having this a couple of months..I took amoxicillin 2 months ago but now its been back a few weeks..Why can't I shake this?? I did not realize I had to pay for a question. Nevermind.
