I Have A Strange Rash On The Palms Of My

I have a strange rash on the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet. My feet itch, crack and bleed which makes t difficult to walk. I am constantly applying moisturizer, ketoconazole cream, antibacteral cream just to keep them from getting worse. I also have digestive issues which may or may not be related. I do not know what to do or what might be causing this.
