I Have A Strange Sensation In Left Breast Near The

I have a strange sensation in left breast near the nipple. Not pain, almost like a nerve. No lump or redness. It looks fine from outside. I also am having a lot of pain on the left side of my neck causing headaches and have been treated before for bursitis in left shoulder. Could the strange sensation in my breast be related to neck pain and headaches?
