I Have A Strange Throbbing/pulsating In My Middle To Upper

I have a strange throbbing/pulsating in my middle to upper right back and lower left leg (by my ankle). Seems related because they both started around the same time. They are not painful, but have been going on now for a few weeks. I am 37 years old, have low blood pressure and am taking supplements because I am low on ferritin, but no other problems.
I have an appointment with my doctor, but am wondering how these two areas could be connected?
