I Have A Strep Throat Infection For Which My Doctor

I have a strep throat infection for which my doctor has prescribed Amoxicillan, however, I have noticed slight traces of blood in my urine. My doctors said it wasn't connected to the strep infection (although Google says otherwise). Should I just continue with the antibiotic and see if the blood clears up as the infection does or should I be worried?
