I Have A Strong Pain In My Right Foot. Its

I have a strong pain in my right foot. Its on the top (on my first metatarsal) It has been hurting a bit and recently it shot into my foot during tap. I'm a dancer by the way. I think its a stress fracture, because this is the 3rd day its hurt since the first sharp pain. I've halted dancing, and have to take the maximum amount of pain killers, to even dull the pain. Its extremely painful to walk, or bear any weight, especially on my releve. Please help!
