I Have A Stuffy Nose But Nothing Comes Out When

I have a stuffy nose but nothing comes out when I blow...am now breathing thru my mouth.
Have nightquil for sleeping tonight, hope I sleep better than last night.
I am a 68 yr old woman. My nose runs with moisture when my head looks to the floor...??
I have some Cipro here but I don't think that is for my virtual cold????
