I Have A Stuffy/runny Nose. In My Right Nostril There

I have a stuffy/runny nose. in my right nostril there is something in the air way i think that won’t move but i can cut apart like i have w my nail. but every time i mess with it my nose starts bleed uncontrollably and takes a lot to stop. do you know what’s going on?
