I Have A Sty That Come Up On My Eye

I have a sty that come up on my eye on Thursday of this passed week. On Friday I noticed bumps on the top of of my head that are very tender. Friday night I noticed that I have several bumps on my for head near my hair line and I also noticed there swelling on my right side of neck below my ear. Today I have gotten a bump on a left side behind my ear. Do I need to go to the Er to see what is going on? Can I self treat at home? I am planning to go and see my MD on Monday just didn't know if I should wait or go now? Thank you for your help.
