I Have A Stye In My Left Upper Eyelash. Swollen,

I have a stye in my left upper eyelash. Swollen, red, painful and a headache. Not sure if sxs related but also a pimple like lump on same left eyebrow, left forehead, in hair on left side and behind left ear. All swellings are sore to touch and causing headache. I had a bad upper respiratory event a couple weeks ago. Could sxs be related?
