I Have A Swelling In The Middle Of My Eye,

I have a swelling in the middle of my eye, they refer to it as birdshot vision. The Dr. Is recommending I take NSAIDS. I have taken one drop of pure francensense oil (CPTG) every day for four months and there is no active swelling. I want to try tumeric or boswellia before I have to start taking prescription drugs. I'm not sure which one but boswellia doesn't seem to have any long term effects and seems to be easier on stomach issues. I just need a little information on both and what amount of dosage?
