I Have A Swollen And Painful Elbow Join On The

I have a swollen and painful elbow join on the posterior (in anatomic position) and have a rash on the anterior part of it. My arm feels really heavy. I recently had to get stitches on the opposite hand for a very deep cut and I am worried that I could have an infection in my elbow that traveled to the other arm, otherwise I am not sure what the swelling, painful movement, and heavy feeling is.
