I Have A Swollen Frenulum In My Lower Lip, Looks

I have a swollen frenulum in my lower lip, looks like a white ish coloring in the middle, and lots of pain in my gums and bottom front teeth.

I thought I had perhaps clenched my teeth in a way that pulled my bottom teeth inward, but that was before I saw the white spot. I do grind my teeth but wear a mouth guard.

I'm in a lot of pain. What can I do?
