I Have A Swollen Gland Just Under My Chin Area.

I have a swollen gland just under my chin area. It was very large about 9 weeks ago, and has gone down in size, but is still there. The Dr I saw did not prescribe any meds but the gland is still swollen. The did do a CT scan with contrast dye, and said everything looked ok. I have no fever or any other symptoms. Possible causes and should I see another Dr for a 2nd opinion?
