I Have A Swollen Gland That Is Visible From The

I have a swollen gland that is visible from the front collar bone connected to my throat area cant find a picture on internet. Someone saw me from across the room and asked me how long the gland had been swollen in my collarbone. The one on the right is almost twice the size of the left.
