I Have A Swollen Labia ,and Clitois .It Is Red

I have a swollen labia ,and clitois .It is red and it hurts when I sit or walk. Very painful and it also burns . I noticed the pain a day after my boyfriend performed lral sex on me. His beard and was against this area. It happened before but not this bad. What over the counter productive can I use to stop this misery. God knows I want allow this again !!
