I Have A Swollen Lymph Node Behind My Left Ear

I have a swollen lymph node behind my left ear which hurts when touched which started yesterday then this morning woke up to another one swollen on the left side about an inch down from the first one. this one is close to the top of my jaw line. Now this afternoon my left eye is red.
I have no other symptoms.
