I Have A Swollen Lymph Node In Chest, Just Slightly

I have a swollen lymph node in chest, just slightly swollen. I've had bronchitis for a month now and just started another antibiotic. They saw it on the xray and wanted further testing. I've read it's quite possibly from the bronchitis. The new antibiotic has helped immensely and although only on it 3 days coughing much much less.
