I Have A Swollen Lymph Node Near My Clavical On

I have a swollen lymph node near my clavical on the left side. I was injured 4 months ago resulting in a torn AC in my left shoulder, dislocated the joint, and fractured two vertebrae in my back. Could this lymph node be swollen due to continued inflammation on that side while I'm healing?
