I Have A Swollen Lymph Node Which Is Giving Me

I have a swollen lymph node which is giving me severe difficulties swallowing and talking as well as pain on that whole side of my face starting at my jaw , does this warrant a visit to A&E or should I wait until the morning when I can make a doctor's appointment
