I Have A Swollen Lymphnode Under The Mandibular Angle, Every

I have a swollen lymphnode under the mandibular angle, every once in awhile my ear crackles inside during certain noises, and my voice cracks when singing or talking sometimes. It is all on the left side. I have had some problems with my teeth on this side as well. Any ideas?
