I Have A Swollen Right Hand With Redness...turning Dark Almost

I have a swollen right hand with redness...turning dark almost blue on the back of my hand and now spread down to middle of each finger, and thumb. The color (almost like a bruise) goes around my thumb and about three inches up my wrist. It has been 4 days of these symptoms. The swelling is almost gone, but the color still remains on the top half of my hand. One sore spot and a soft 'lump' below my index finger about the size of a nickel in circumference and slightly raised.
