I Have A Swollen Tongue That Seems To Come And

I have a swollen tongue that seems to come and go. For about 2 years. It is scalloped basically and sometimes uncomfortable. I stopped drinking red wine and changed toothpaste . Things my dr thought would maybe cause the reaction. It is still there. My thyroid was checked awhile ago . Not sure what this could be. I also went to an oral pathologist and he said he doesn't know why
