I Have A Swollen Uvula And Ringing In My Left

I have a swollen uvula and ringing in my left ear. Any ideas on what causes this? This has been going off and on for 4 months. Ever since we returned from Italy. I think it is a food allergy. Wine or something. Also I have geographic tongue sometimes when the other two are acting up
