I have a syrinx at C5-C7 with associated symptoms such as chronic unbearable pain, weakness, stiffness ,neck pain, hands and feet hurt, increased sensitivity pain in mid back that feels as if a wire around my chest is being squeezed. Blurred vision, fatigue, headaches, facial numbness wide swings in blood pressure. What are the chances of me requiring surgery for the syrinx and cervical stenosis, myelopathy?
