I Have A Tattoo That Is 7 Years Old. I

I have a tattoo that is 7 years old. I have never had a problem with this tattoo in the past. Today my tattoo started itching with small bumps. Now the entire tattoo remains itchy and is raised. Is this something that needs MD attention? Is it possible that I am having an allergic reaction after seven years. What tx. should I do? I'm sorry but I do not have a credit card and I do not have $20.00. Can you please help me.
