I Have A Tearing Or Ripping Sensation In My Pectoral

I have a tearing or ripping sensation in my pectoral area when I roll from my back to my side at night. But it only happens when rolling one way. My shoulder does not experience any discomfort or pain. Once in a while when reaching for something. There is also pain in the same area.
