I Have A Temor In Right Thumb, Also Mild Arthritis

I have a temor in right thumb, also mild arthritis in joint.family doctor said her neuro exam was normal. My mother has a benign essential tremor. My dr referred me to neurologist but not until may. I a, very worried and it is difficult to use computer at work.
