I Have A Temperature Of 100. My Normal Temperature Is

I have a temperature of 100. my normal temperature is low, maybe 96.7 I've been very cold the last few days. My hands got so cold I warmed them back up with a heating pad. I'm just a litle out of sorts with no energy. But I haven't been sleeping well for a couple days. Doesn't seem serious but I'm normaly very healthy. Anything to worry about?
