I Have A Tender Spot On The Right Lower Lobe

I have a tender spot on the right lower lobe lung / rib cage that hurts if i move i have had pleurisy before and it feels like that it even hurts if you press on it or if i get bumped . I was trying not to go to the Dr is there anything i can do on my own ...pain take my breath at times and i just feel tired
