I Have A Terrible Pain On My Left Side Of

I have a terrible pain on my left side of bottom and under my thigh, this only happens when I'm sitting down, I sit at work all day and the pain seems to be getting out of control, I have tried sitting on a large soft cousin and standing up and down as much as possible
