I Have A Terrible Phobia That I Have Been Seeing

I have a terrible phobia that I have been seeing a psychiatrist about but am not getting better. I have a terrible fear of going to the doctor. I have had to go recently due to trouble urinating. I was treated for a UTI. My spa went from 1.7 to 17 in two years. I had a repeat blood test and will find out the results next week. If it is bad I do not know what I will do
