I Have A Terrible Problem, No Doctor Has Been Able

I have a terrible problem, no doctor has been able to figure it out. I had throat surgery and at the point where the Dr. did the incision there is a blockage that stop the food. I am having chest and shoulder problem because of this. I have seen all kind of Drs, no one wants to do anything. Please help me
The incision was just above the collar bone
