I Have A Terribly Red Raw Burning Rash On My

I have a terribly Red raw burning rash on my face neck and chest. Icing it makes it itchier! I am dosed on Vaseline, calamine on antihistimes and numerous other attempts to get some relief. This started gradually on the 8th of October and has been getting worse spreading. Help
