I Have A Tfcc Injury After Twisting My Wrist In

I have a tfcc injury after twisting my wrist in gym 16 months ago. MRI confirmed central tear. Since then I have had periods where it seemed to be healing but can flair up any moment.

Would you recommend surgery? I describe the pain as a pinch like sensation.
