I Have A Thick Build Up Of Skin Cells On

I have a thick build up of skin cells on the bottom of my legs right above my feet and half way up to my knees .Also there are tiny black balls that appear on the skin that eventuality rub off. When they do sometimes it bleeds .This makes it very hard to walk without a lot of pain. Hope you can help. Thanks, John Miller
