I Have A "thick" Sciatic Nerve On My Left Side,

I have a "thick" sciatic nerve on my left side, I have had two microdiscetomy surgeries within 10 months and no relief. I have had multiple injections from a neurologist into the nerve root, no relief. I have had multiple MRI's and they cannot find any reason why my leg hurts so bad
