I Have A Thicker Clear(ish) Vaginal Discharge, My Nipples Are

I have a thicker clear(ish) vaginal discharge, my nipples are frequently hard and always sensitive and breast feel harder. I thought this might be a sign of being pregnant so I took a home test on Nov 11th, it was negative. I had unprotected sex on Halloween when my boyfriend finished in me and took Plan B 2 days later. He finished in me again that night after taking the pill. I'm wondering what these symptoms might be from? or if should take another pregnancy test cause maybe i just took it to soon.
